MAIN ACTIVITIES

Generate an analysis of the current/ideal state, regarding marketing and market positioning

Develop a three months plan in terms of detected issues and define the strategic direction

Develop new channels and communication strategies to increase the startup’s market reach

Implement the marketing and positioning operation plan for the startup focus

Compile a report from the project

Develop an operational plan on marketing and positioning for a long-term implementation
