Frequently asked questions

Our Global Teacher projects last from 9 up to 78 weeks, so you will be abroad for at least 9 weeks. With AIESEC, you can leave all year round. 

We have 35+ destinations all over the world and you will end up working for an educational institution. You’ll be working in a professional teaching environment, teaching to different age groups. 

The pricing starts from 350 euros up to 400 euros, depending on the duration of the exchange. In this fee all guidance of AIESEC is included. You will also receive a salary, so you will be able to cover your expenses. 

You will get the chance to jump-start your career and gaining practical experience besides or after your studies. You will meet and work with people from all over the world, which will give you new perspectives. Besides that, AIESEC will guide you through all the steps and make sure you are not alone.

What we provide

Starting your first job in an unknown country can be challenging. Luckily, AIESEC is there to guide and support you during your exchange. You will get an AIESEC buddy in Belgium and a buddy in the country you are going to. They will be always there to support and advise you.

Getting the right visa, arriving in an unknown country is not always easy! That’s why AIESEC will help you to arrange your visa, provide you with arrival pick-up information before your experience and with departure instructions post-experience.

Clear job description

You want to do the job you signed up for, right? We will ensure that by accompanying you to the workplace on the first day, ensuring your job description and making sure your goals are clear, and working hours align to the initial description.

Safe conditions

We don’t want you to leave unprepared, and that’s why life and health insurance is mandatory for taking part in an AIESEC exchange. Besides that, we will provide you with all needed information, so you are fully prepared for when you get there!
