ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consultants will assist the customers in their travels, whether on holiday, visiting family or on business trips.
- Provide them with answers, support and solutions.

- Overall orientation in high volume contact centre focused on customer support, intercultural sensitivity, sharpened communication skills, ability to work with several booking systems.
